David Babbs, Consultant

David is a campaigner, communicator and political strategist. He’s interested in the relationship between digital technology, democracy, and justice. He was previously founding Executive Director of 38 Degrees.

At Foxglove, David is responsible for our public communications, and for ensuring our campaigns get heard in parliament.
