The UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) uses an unfair algorithm which throws innocent disabled people under suspicion of benefit fraud. It’s causing immense distress and hardship to the disabled people impacted.

Foxglove is supporting the Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People to bring a legal case demanding the DWP disclose more details about this murky algorithm and stop using it altogether unless it can prove it’s not harming innocent people.
